Built for solopreneurs and small teams who are tired of paying for tools they set up once and never opened again.
Anyone can make Asana work for them - even if you're a beginner, even if you're neurodivergent, even if you've tried before and given up.
I built my own Asana setup to survive the gaps of real life - working around an autistic kid, health stuff, and hard seasons. If it works for my brain on a bad week, it can work for yours too.
I've been using and refining this in my own business, and inside my clients' accounts, since 2021.
And I know what it takes to make one that actually sticks.
This isn't theory. It's what I use, on my hardest weeks, to keep my own business running.

Step-by-step video tutorials on how to sign up, set up, and start using your Asana account - even if you’re not techy, you’ll be able to do this.
Bite-size lessons so you can set up your entire system in under 2 hours.
A progress checklist with every lesson and action step in one place, so you always know what's done and what's left, instead of trying to remember where you left off.
Clear instructions to get fully set up without paying for Asana.
Clear video walkthroughs and explanations of all the terms, the levels of organization, and how to use each of them so you know exactly what you’re doing and where to put things.
A daily flow that takes your planning time from 30 minutes down to 5 - so you're not giving away your best billable hours re-deciding what to work on every single morning.
Ways to stay consistent even on your hardest weeks, so nothing slips through the cracks - because a missed follow-up isn't just annoying, it's a client relationship you have to repair.
Expert advice on how to actually stick with Asana, make it work for you, and never lose a task again - so you're not redoing work you already did once, for free.
Bonus: free plan hacks and workarounds so you don't need to pay for another tool.
Bonus: Tips to make your space more motivating and visually pleasing.
Who is this designed for?
You're a coach, freelancer, VA, OBM, or other service-based online entrepreneur.
You've tried to make a system stick before and it didn't work.
You're ADHD, autistic, or think you might be, and need ND-friendly systems designed to work with your brain.
You want systems to feel easy and simple because you're sick of feeling overwhelmed and frustrated.
You're running your business in the gaps - around kids, caregiving, or low-energy days - and it can't depend on you being at 100%.

I built my business to run in the gaps of real life.
I started it while working full-time and raising an autistic 4-year-old. I grew it working part-time around a kindergarten schedule. I scaled it working part-time with no childcare. And for the past year, I've kept it running while caregiving full-time.
Asana is how I've done all of that without losing my mind - and it's exactly what I'm teaching you here.
I've been assisting professionals since 2013, and working in the online business space since 2020. I'm a Certified Asana Workflow Specialist and Systems & Operations Specialist.
My clients regularly save 10+ hours a week - not by working harder, but by finally having a place for everything, so their brain doesn't have to hold it all. (For a lot of them, that's hours they used to spend rebuilding the same client setup from memory, every single time.)
A few things about me: I'm an autistic mom to an AuDHD PDAer, I'm an introvert, I love reading (when it doesn't put me to sleep - mom life), and I really love what I do. 🩷
Each module ends with one small action step, so you're building as you go instead of watching everything and figuring it out later.
Before you touch a single setting, this is where we make sure Asana is going to work for your brain - so you're not back here in six months starting over.
Get your account set up the right way from the start, and only learn the features that actually matter right now.
This is where it all comes together. You'll set up the structure of your account step by step - simple, flexible on low-energy days, and built to grow with your business.
You don't need to live in Asana all day. This module shows you the two places to check, how to plan your day in 5 minutes instead of 30, how to set up your week once so it shows up ready, and how to come back after a hard week without starting over.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU START
Nope! I will walk you through from the very start, including actually signing up for Asana!
Nope - that's actually the whole point. The way I teach it in this course isn't a setup that only works for where you are right now. It's built so that when you add a client, a service, or a team member, you're adjusting a foundation, not starting from scratch again.
I built this because I hear the same thing over and over - "I want to set it up and not have to redo it." So that's exactly what this is for. It will scale with you!
This course is designed for solopreneurs and small teams, so you’re good!
While I don’t specifically teach you how to manage a team within Asana, this will be an incredible resource for you and your team to familiarize yourselves with Asana and any new team members you bring on!
This course is designed for solopreneurs and small teams, so you’re in the right place!
You do not need to have any team members to take this course or follow my system.
Nope! This course is free-plan friendly! You can get everything set up and use your new system literally for free!
This course teaches you how to set up and use Asana, with tons of helpful info, tips, and tricks. It's a video course, not a plug-and-play template.
If you'd rather skip building it all yourself, my Asana System Templates give you 18 ready-made templates with walkthrough videos. I've done all the thinking for you - just upload them straight into your account.
Because most people start with the wrong approach - building something super elaborate, or trying to learn every feature at once. This course keeps it simple on purpose, and the whole Daily Flow module is about what to do on low-energy days and when life gets in the way, so you have something to come back to instead of starting over.
This is a self-study course, but you're not on your own. You can email me with questions anytime, and you can leave a comment right under any lesson video. I read every single one.

Set it up once. Actually stick with it. Stop redoing your system every few months - even if you have ADHD and have tried (and quit) before.
That's hours of setup time you get to keep, instead of giving them away for free every time you start over.
