But after spending years helping professionals behind the scenes, and diving fully into the online business world in 2020 - as a coach, VA, online business manager, and mentor - I kept noticing the same thing: the businesses that felt calm and sustainable weren't the ones with the most talent or the biggest teams. They were the ones with good systems.

That's what I do now. I help online business owners build the kind of backend that holds everything together, even when life gets in the way.

I've worked directly inside more than 30 online businesses, building systems for marketing, client management, project and task management, launches, social media, team onboarding, and more - and through my courses and templates, I've helped over 150 businesses do the same.

My tool of choice is Asana, and I'm a Certified Asana Workflow Specialist. But honestly? The tool is secondary. What matters is building something that works for your brain, your capacity, and the way your life actually looks right now.
