HOW IT WORKS
Here's exactly how it will go
Book and pay. At the next step, you'll choose your date when the VIP day will take place. Once you're booked in and payment is submitted, you're confirmed.
Onboarding. After you book, you'll receive an email from me with next steps and the onboarding form. You'll tell me everything I need to build around how you actually work and how your brain works, not how I assume you do.
I build it in one day. On your scheduled day, I will login and build everything out. From the ground up or working around what you've already set up. You don't need to be available. Go do your actual work while I get your setup done in the background!
You get your setup plus walkthrough videos. By the end of the day, you'll receive an email with links to your overview video where I'll tell you everything you need to know and where to find everything else.
You'll have me in your pocket for one week following the setup. I'll be there to answer any follow-up questions and tweak things as needed.

Hey, I'm Samantha!
I built my business to run in the gaps of real life - around an autistic kid, health stuff, and hard seasons. Now I help you do the same.
I've been assisting professionals since 2013 and working in the online business space since 2020. I'm a Certified Asana Workflow Specialist and a Systems & Operations Specialist.
A few things about me: I'm Canadian, I'm a mom to an AuDHD kid, I'm autistic myself, I'm an introvert, and I love reading when it doesn't put me to sleep lol.

What’s the investment?
The VIP Setup is $799. It’s a one-time investment that gives you back your time, energy, and sanity. (And yes, payment plans are available upon request.)
What makes this different from just buying your templates?
Templates are amazing (and come included with your setup!)—but this is next-level. It’s custom-built, integrated into your current processes, and designed specifically for your brain and business. It also includes one week of custom support to make sure you know exactly how to use it or make any necessary tweaks.
How long does the setup take?
A typical VIP setup is completed in just ONE day. You’ll have access to your system, your videos, and support right after.
How soon can we start?
I'm currently booking one to two weeks out. You'll be able to see my full availability at the next step.
How much access to Samantha will I get?
I will work independently on the build of your new business hub, based off the answers that you provide in the onboarding questionnaire. If I have questions, I will contact you. Once the build is complete, you will receive a video from me showing you everything you need to know about your new hub. Then, you will have access to me for one week following delivery (async) for any questions that come up or tweaks that need to be made as you learn your new system.
How can I get in touch with Samantha if I need to contact her?
Prior to delivery, you can get in touch with me via email. For one week post-delivery, I offer support via email or WhatsApp.
I’m not techy - will I be able to use this?
Yes! I build your setup to be user-friendly, and you’ll get personalized walkthrough videos showing exactly how to use everything. If you can check your email, you can use your Asana setup.
I've never used Asana before. What if I can't figure it out?
Many of my clients have never used Asana before! You will receive a walkthrough and explanation video of your Asana setup so you can quickly learn how to use your new system and rewatch as a refresher whenever you need! You also receive one week of support post-delivery for any questions that come up!
Do I need to be an online business owner?
I specialize in helping online service-based business owners like coaches, VAs, and contractors. However, I have done setups of a range of businesses like brick and mortar and many other industries.
If you have an offline business or a business in a different field, please email [email protected] and describe your business so I can determine whether I would be able to help you.
Will you onboard my VA or team?
I’ll include training videos for your team, plus a week of post-setup support where they can ask questions or request tweaks.
Is there anything else I should know?
Here are some things to consider:
- The free version of Asana allows for 10 members per team. Please ensure you are familiar with the plans before booking.
- Investment listed is intended for one business only. Please contact me if you have more than one business.
- Importing of data is not included, but can be added at an additional cost. Please contact me to discuss this.
