Send your questions. Up to three, either the night before or first thing that morning. Add me on WhatsApp and drop them in.
We go back and forth all day. I reply from 9:00am to 3:30pm CST with custom feedback, videos, and voice notes. You go about your day and check in when you can or when you have thoughts.
You finish the day knowing what to do. You can also come back to our messages any time to remind yourself of anything we covered.
No calls. Nothing to show up for. You don't even have to be at your desk.

Hey, I'm Samantha!
I built my business to run in the gaps of real life - around an autistic kid, health stuff, and hard seasons. Now I help you do the same.
I've been assisting professionals since 2013 and working in the online business space since 2020. I'm a Certified Asana Workflow Specialist and a Systems & Operations Specialist.
A few things about me: I'm Canadian, I'm a mom to an AuDHD kid, I'm autistic myself, I'm an introvert, and I love reading when it doesn't put me to sleep lol.
I’ve done this work for myself and dozens of clients.
I’ve set up backend systems, marketing workflows, and content pipelines for coaches, freelancers, agencies, and consultants. I’ve also trained support pros to do what I do - and given them the inside scoop on tools, pricing, and client delivery strategies.
One of my favourite moments? When a client gets their hands on a system I’ve created and immediately messages me, “OMG.” It’s happened over and over again - seriously, I’ve had people message that exact word multiple times throughout our time together.

EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE YOU START
How long is the session?
The session runs from 9:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. CST on your selected day. You’ll send your questions beforehand or at the start of the day, and I’ll reply throughout the day as time allows - usually in a mix of voice notes, videos, and messages. As time permits, we can also go back and forth for clarity or discussions. It’s flexible, async support without needing to sit on a Zoom call for hours. And it gives you time to think or implement between responses!
What platform do we use?
All communication happens inside WhatsApp. It’s easy to use and perfect for this kind of back-and-forth support. Once you book, you’ll get instructions to add me on WhatsApp and send your questions ahead of time.

What if I’m in a different time zone?
That’s totally fine! As long as you can send your initial questions before the session begins (9:00 a.m. CST), I’ll respond throughout my day. Even if you’re asleep while I’m working, you’ll wake up to a bunch of insights and resources.
And if you’re worried that our time zones are too different and you’ll have follow-up questions, let me know and I’ll make sure we find a way to make it work!
What types of questions are not a good fit?
This session isn’t ideal for:
- Full Asana builds from scratch (you’d need a full setup package)
- In-depth tech walkthroughs of platforms I don’t use
- Big-picture business coaching (like “what niche should I pick?”)

What if I need to reschedule?
Life happens! You can reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice by contacting me directly.
